Malicious URL Blocked warning popping up everywhere

I need help fixing this issue.  It happens with Firefox only and just about on any action.  I have tried many things listed in forums and none of them have worked.  It looks like OTL will find and help remove the problem but I have no idea how to read the files it generates or tell it how to fix the problem.  If someone here can help me this would be great and much appreciated.

Welcome to the forums.  [EDIT:]  Removed unnecessary information.   ;)

You'll need the support and advice of a certified malware removal expert.  To get that help, you'll need to run and attach the following four logs from these four programs:
  • AdwCleaner
  • Malwarebytes
  • OTL
  • aswMBR.exe
You can get them here:  http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0

You can attach up to four logs on one post.  Once that is done, I will notify a malware expert.

If the alerts are still present after this run could you attach a screenshot of the alert

Warning This fix is only relevant for this system and no other, using on another computer may cause problems

Be advised that when the fix commences it will shut down all running processes and you may lose the desktop and icons, they will return on reboot

Hmm something different

Lets see if I can locate it

Download and Install Combofix
 
Download ComboFix from one of the following locations:

VERY IMPORTANT !!! Save ComboFix.exe to your Desktop
 
* IMPORTANT - Disable your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware applications, usually via a right click on the System Tray icon. They may otherwise interfere with our tools. If you have difficulty properly disabling your protective programs, refer to this link here
  • Double click on ComboFix.exe & follow the prompts.
  • Accept the disclaimer and allow to update if it asks




  • When finished, it shall produce a log for you.
  • Please include the C:\ComboFix.txt in your next reply.[/b]
Notes:
1. Do not mouse-click Combofix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.
2. Do not "re-run" Combofix. If you have a problem, reply back for further instructions.
3.  If after the reboot you get errors about programmes being marked for deletion then reboot, that will cure it.


Please make sure you include the combo fix log in your next reply as well as describe how your computer is running now

Could you now start firefox in safe mode https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode

Then let me know if the alerts still happen

OK pain in the butt time...  Start Firefox normally then disable all extensions add/ons
Re-enable the extensions one at a time until the alert re-appears then let me know which one it was so that I can kill it
