OK next step we will check your drivers and connections

Download and Install Combofix

Download ComboFix from one of the following locations:
Link 1
Link 2

VERY IMPORTANT !!! Save ComboFix.exe to your Desktop

* IMPORTANT - Disable your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware applications, usually via a right click on the System Tray icon. They may otherwise interfere with our tools. If you have difficulty properly disabling your protective programs, refer to this link here
  • Double click on ComboFix.exe & follow the prompts.
  • Accept the disclaimer and allow to update if it asks

  • When finished, it shall produce a log for you.
  • Please include the C:\ComboFix.txt in your next reply.[/b]
Notes:
1. Do not mouse-click Combofix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.
2. Do not "re-run" Combofix. If you have a problem, reply back for further instructions.

3.  If after the reboot you get errors about programmes being marked for deletion then reboot, that will cure it.

Please make sure you include the combo fix log in your next reply as well as describe how your computer is running now

Here's the combofix log.
A far as I can tell there is no improvement yet.

Edit: It seems my pc now won't load the taskbar and desktop icons anymore, when internet is plugged in.
Without internet, it runs normal

Can you now disable the Avast security plugin for IE and see if that helps

I don't have the plugins shown in the image of bob.
I do have avast! WebRep plugins, but those were already disabled when I looked.

The combofix does not seem to have worked.
My pc, when the internetcable is plugged in, wont load the taskbar and desktop items anymore and after a while blue screens.
Without the internet cable plugged in, it functions like normal.

Lets look at the net side now

Please download MiniToolBox, save it to your desktop and run it.

Checkmark the following checkboxes:
  • Flush DNS
  • Report IE Proxy Settings
  • Reset IE Proxy Settings
  • Report FF Proxy Settings
  • Reset FF Proxy Settings
  • List content of Hosts
  • List IP configuration
  • List Winsock Entries
  • List last 10 Event Viewer log
  • List Installed Programs
  • List Devices
  • List Users, Partitions and Memory size.
  • List Minidump Files

Click Go and post the result (Result.txt). A copy of Result.txt will be saved in the same directory the tool is run.

Note: When using "Reset FF Proxy Settings" option Firefox should be closed.

Here is the log.
I wasn't connected to the net though, when i ran the minitoolbox.

I also noticed two desktop.ini files have appeared on my desktop.
One says:
[.ShellClassInfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21799

[LocalizedFileNames]

The other one says:
[.ShellClassInfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21769
IconResource=%SystemRoot%\system32\imageres.dll,-183

I've reconnected, and on login i now get my taskbar and desktop icons.
It seems a bit faster up to this point. Though when i move my mouse it freeze a little and then continues to move.
A bit after logging in my desktop freezes, im able to move my mouse, but i cant click on anything.
And then i get a blue screen.

I´ve opened it up and cleaned it.
It seems to run longer without blue screens, but it still very slow.
Especially when opening programs or even windows explorer.

Edit: Could it be a problem with my MoBo? As it won't detect my usb stick since a while.
Edit 2: I've updated my lan controller driver and my usb 3.0 drivers (etron and intel). At first my pc seemed faster and ran stabler. But after a while it went back to the old situation.

I'm pretty fed up with the situation, so I'm thinking about reformatting my pc.
Do you think this will solve the problems?
And do you have any recommendations on how to do it?
