I have no idea what this download app is or where it gets its information from, but you have the latest version.
The program name was based on the version number as in avast 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, this has been changed to avast! 2014. The reasoning is that the version numbering is confusing, though those of us who have used it for some considerable time don't find that so.
Though the underlying version number is retained so if using the version number I honestly don't thing it necessary to stick the 2014 in front of the build number 9.0.2006, the last part is also insignificant, the .160. I don't think that you could specifically download that, it is more avast internal. See image of filehippo's listing of released avast versions and see the version number format, 0.0.0000 no 0.0.0000.000, so 9.0.2006 would be correct.
It is only in the 9.0.2006 if one of those numbers changes would it generally require a program update, but the last element .160 could possibly change without the requirement of a program update.
