Application is accessing a permission it did not ask for

Hello all,

Today i been getting a few prompts that an app on my phone is accessing a permission which it has not asked for during installation.

However when i click on it, it just brings me to the application list on avast. Is it possible to find out which app is doing this?

Am using the free latest version.

I think you are right.. its not avast prompt (See attachment) but it was strange that it opened up avast application list after i keyed in the security pin.. which led me to believe it was an avast prompt.

I will try to isolate but at the moment the prompt is unhelpful.

Nah, I meant which app is showing the prompt Or if it is a system as you are using some custom ROM.
