Trojano-998 info needed please.

What is Trojano-998? If it does not find an instance of itself, It rebulids itself in C:\WINDOWS\system as a infected, randomally named .exe that is 11 KB in size at boot time. Please describe removal process. I have booted in safe mode, done a full scan, it just keeps coming back. Windows XP sp2.
