1.avast antivirus is Easy to use.online virus scan is a good tool to find and remove virus,It collects very many virus in the  world, but this online Scanner can not scan all files on PC, so I hoped this on-line the tool can increase on scan all computers the hard disk, then can help very many people to discover on their computer the virus and the elimination it.

What files are you saying it can scan?
Does it not tell you why it can't scan the files?

The heuristics is currently only on the email scanner and it checks for things like suspicious useage which could be potentially harmful rather than heuristic virus detection, that is my take on it not avast!/Alwil's, based on the settings in the heuristic customization.

See a few examples of what is checked in the image, there is also more detailed settings that can be customized further.

I can't remember the defination right now, but it is a general categorisation.

You should have posted this in a thread of your own rather than post it in an existing thread unrelated to your question.

Under normal circumstances I would say so, however, when it was mentioned this was generic detection this opinion was contradicted (and I can't find where it was in the forums) as avast apparently don't do generic signature detection.

I thought it was "nick-name" for generated.  I'm not sure but trojan in this category requires users to disable restore feature of the recent Win OS since they keep generated.  Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Sorry for the off-topic.
