WinPatrol Popup

Just finished installing 10 Windows Updates, rebooted and this popped up.

Perform a repair of avast and check if the problem is solved.

Is this something I need to have installed?

When I type in mscong and look at start up it's no longer showing.

I done a repair and it didn't solve the problem.
