Interesting idea, but since the bb program (YabbSE) doesn't support this feature, we're probably out of luck.
Anyway, this is a free forum in the sense that there is no form with mandatory fields in it (like OS, version of avast, brief description of the problem etc etc). It's more like a chat then a knowledge database.
As for searching, there is one catch: the default period to search is just last 60 days (2 months). It's usually much more reliable to include even old postings, so increasing the 60 value (in the bottom right corner of the Search form) usually gives much better results...
