Avast on Android 4.3 reporting ALL apps are infected with a Trojan.

Hi all, just run a scan of my Galalxy S3. Virus scan is saying 'Trojan Detected'. Only option is to uninstall all 57 apps on my phone! Seemed to be working fine up until a few hours ago, and certainly haven't downloaded or visited anything dodgy since then.

Does this sound likely that my phone is this badly infected, or more possible that Avast is reporting incorrectly?

Turn off the application shield and update the VPS to 14010901

And please use the search option on this webboard before posting.
