ELF:Looter-C (PUP)

hi guys
i have a htc one mobile phone and avast has detected - ELF:Looter-C (PUP)
in my facebook app
but when i go to resolve the phone wont let me uninstall the app
is this program going to cause problem?
i have photos i do not want to loose
can anyone help

please could you check which Virus definition you are using. Maybe it's 140109-00. If yes you can check one of the already existing topics.
