avast detected a folder infected, when i tried it to delete or do something else not responded. then i tried other antiviruses such as norton, avg etc..they not even shown or detected it as infected then again i installed avast but still it is showing the

trust avast which is not showing any option or trust on any other anti virus

avast detected a folder infected, when i tried it to delete or do something else not responded. then i tried other antiviruses such as norton, avg etc..they not even shown or detected it as infected then again i installed avast but still it is showing the threat detected but not responding to any solution fixing it or moving it to chest what i have to do and whome i have to trust and what to do either i delete the folder or open it directly which is funny to hear.. >:(

folders are not detected, files are.
It is a no go to use several malware removers at the same time.
They will conflict and prevent each other from working as they should.

What os/sp?
What EXACT version of avast?
