Disabling Opening Chrome on start-up
« on: January 30, 2014, 10:34:47 PM »
Hi all.
Was hoping someone can explain how I can disable Avast free edition opening Chrome browser every time I start my computer (running xp sp3).
Googling it has just led to lots of forums telling me to go to advanced settings but I can't even find that option.
Thanks in advance

I can't find any settings in avast which would automatically open Chrome.
Have you tried the advanced settings in Chrome?

Chrome>settings>bottom of page click "advanced settings"
