Privacy Advisor Still Scanning On Its Own

Opening the gui from the app list still starts a Privacy Advisor scan, even with the latest version.

Did you last the initial scan to its end?

Yes I did.  It does this after a period of time.  Now I can open the gui and it won't do it but in a couple weeks it will do it again.
