How long does it take to get your licence file sent?

I asked on Jan 31st to get a copy of my license file sent to me so as I could set avast up on my other computers - seeing as I'm allowed to use it on three machines. I still haven't received it. I'm just wondering does anyone actually take you serious once they have your money. The lack of customer service seems a bit horrible from Avast.

You use the same license file installed on your first computer for the other two, transfer to the other computers via usb.

Didn't get one on the renewal so don't know where it is - Nothing was sent over when I emailed customer service
