Urgent Please Help!!!!!!!!Phone Got Locked!!

I installed avast a long time ago and now today when i changed to my new sim ,I got locked out of my phone. It sent the pin to my friend but i dont remember updating any friend's number. Please help!!

Inserting the old SIM won't unlock the device. but I'll send you a how to via email.

Hi werner can u also help me with this issue. This is the same concern i have. But its just that i switched phones with my hubby andhe is being locked since its his simcard he's using.   mitzi.peralta@yahoo.com is my email
