Sorry for asking what might be a dumb question(Resolved)

This popped up on WinPatrol but I can't find it on IE.  I did accept the change.

You should allow it. It is giving you the avast web rep notifications in your IE browser.

To view add-ons in IE please see attached. Go to gear (tools) icon in IE and select manage add-ons. Here you can select enable or disable. Sometimes a browser restart is required. Also, showing the status bar will show some add-ons at the bottom of the browser.

Stayed home on New Year's Eve..  Don't drink but I did need a really long nap, woke up to find that it's still winter here.
