Avast acusa vírus quando inicio a Internet explorer

Boa tarde, gostaria de saber se algum de vocês consegue me ajudar com esse problema.

Quando inicio o Internet Explorer, o Avast acusa, diversas vezes a presença de arquivo nocivo,
com as seguintes identificações:

Objeto: "a cada momento aparece um, sites ou outras mensagens de arquivos"
Infecção: JS:Injector-F [Trj]
Processo: C:\Program Files (x86)\...\IEXPLORER.EXE

Já mandei fazer um escaneamento do sistema, inclusive dessa pasta, mas não acusa nada.
Isso só acontece com o IE, quando uso outro browser, nada acontece.

Alguém sabe como resolver isso?

Não sou expert em limpeza, mas sugiro limpar todos os arquivos temporários e cache do internet explorer.
Além disso, sugiro um escaneamento ao reiniciar e uma limpeza dos addons/extensões do navegador com o avast! Browser Cleaner.

Pior que já fiz todos esses passos Tech, sempre costumo fazer isso, mesmo sem dar problemas.

ESET NOD32
F-Secure

Apenas detectam, mas não limpam:
Kaspersky
Trendmicro housecall

Good afternoon, I wonder if any of you can help me with this problem.

When I start Internet Explorer, Avast complains several times the presence of harmful file,
with the following identifications:

Object: "every time one appears, websites or other message files"

Download OTL  to your Desktop

• Double click on the icon to run it. Make sure all other windows are closed and to let it run uninterrupted.

• Select All Users
  
• Select LOP and Purity
• Under the Custom Scan box paste this in

• Click the Run Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long.
  
  • When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt. These are saved in the same location as OTL.
    
  • Attach  both logs

O q posso estar a fazer errado?

Você precisa anexar o log gerado como OTL todos faz inicialmente é digitalizar o sistema
