Hello:

I just downloaded the Avast Virus Scanner and while it was scanning it said that I was affected by the Win32.Subsearch (Trj)  I tried to clean it and it said it could not clean it I tried to move it however it says that it is in the Windows Directory and are you sure you want to move it.  I put it in the chest however every time I scan the system it keeps coming up with this virus.  How do I get rid of it for good?

Thanks for your help..

This seems a kind of Adware, too. You can delete the file, if you start your pc in safe mode and let Avast scan again. But you should take a look at Spybotsd .
