No secure protocols supported This domain is parked at Magneds.com BV

Does this question of the inconsistent server configuration mean that www and domain are not pointing to the same IP address?
46-17-5-39.fxw.nl  = 46.17.5.39  & 109.70.0.55?
For the www address the results checked were OK as I checked here: http://www.ragepank.com/redirect-check/
as it returns a a 200 (OK) response. PR N/A and usual responses. (link info results credits go to ragepank's Harvey)
