Registration loop on windows 7 for Avast! Internet Security

While registering, after 'inserting license file' the download gets about half way done on 'ais_snx2-7cf.vpx' gets to 99% says 'host connection lost' then goes back to 1% and starts all over. don't now how to get it to go through completely.
