Found this file in my appdata folder (its 0 bytes though)
looked it up via virustotal
https://www.virustotal.com/en/file/e3b0c44298fc1c149afbf4c8996fb92427ae41e4649b934ca495991b7852b855/analysis/1397116621/
it says harmless but look at that rating!!!!  :o
