@Alikhan Read yes i performed a clean install as i stated in my first post. However i didn't use your method (online installer) and Rejzors tool which i'm not sure it can be trusted........That rejzors tool could easily contain malware...i'm not running it.
Avast this issue is still happening, sporadically but still happening, hope you fix it in next release....
