I'm receving a message from my Avast antivírus that a JS:Survey-A [Adw] has been blocked. I've scanned my PC for several times, but it didn't resolve the problem.

What shoud I do?

try this ... run AdwCleaner .... click delete and reboot

did that solve it?

if not follow the guide steven gave link to and attach the requested logs, then a malware expert will remove it for you
