This might be a stupid question but here goes: I got a new Hyundai with their Blue Link service. The mobile app that supposedly can be used to remotely start the car, unlock the doors, etc. won't recognize my password or username despite the fact that they work properly on the Hyundai website.
Is it possible that Anti-theft is blocking that secure transmission? I've tried reinstalling the app several times to no avail. Does anti-theft do that? Block valid communications? And if so, how do I work around it?
