Nope, run FRST once more in recovery, press Scan and attach fresh report.

No but I read that I didn't need it for my computer and that pressing alt F10 would take me to the same recovery screen. http://i.imgur.com/SJjt7gvh.jpg

Do I press the first or the second option? I'm fine with deleting everything if it's absolutely necessary.

Yes, but I thought you to fix this without having to restore system to factory settings? Why we did all this when you could restore this before we began?

Tell me what is your decision?

It's the only option now. Plus, I had no idea you could do this without the installation disk. I don't have the disk and I just read that you could do this instead. Just not sure if this will fix my problems from the first post.

I am pretty sure we can get your system back again. You will need to download custom recovery and to boot from this so we can repair your Master Boot Record. You were heavily infected, with one of most sofisticated malware pieces today, and you must understand that it is not always easy to remove malware. But if it is easier for you to restore to factory settings, I don't have anything against your will.

I can enter F8 screen but get greeted with this when trying to boot in safe or normally.
