Save pictures

I installed Avast free antivirus recently and after that it's impossible to save any pictures. When I right click on a pic and choose "save as" nothing happens. what can I do?

Hmmm... Never heard that? Did you use any registry cleaner? Did you use avast! Browser cleaner?
Which browser are you using? Which is your Windows?
