Requested my money back and have not recieved it

I purchased the $19.99 service then upgraded to the $179.99 service. I was promised to be rebated the 19.99.(I would continue to use free online scans) Never happened. When I called in they will not address it over the phone. When I requested satisfaction through their online method no results either. I then requested cancelation and full refund, this also was never implemented. I am very dissatisfied with the unprofessional handling for my situation. Greg RN, BSN Gainesville, FL
