We have four geographic locations on a single webmail server domain. When I receive email (using Outlook 2010) from three of these locations, all is well. The fourth location, however, goes into my junk mail folder, even though they are from the same webmail server on the same domain. I even went so far as to set up the individual email addresses in Outlook as safe senders. The only way to get them to go into my inbox is to turn off the Mail Shield. Why is this happening?
