Dr. Software download - AVAST NÃO PEGOU ESSE PILANTRA

Acabo de constatar que também fui vítima do golpe de uma pagina clonada do Avast.
Em 29/01/2014 resolvi comprar a licença do AVAST. Segui os passos indicados pelo programa e finalmente realizei o pagamento.
Ontem o meu computador que recebeu a proteção foi contaminado por um virus que deixou o AVAST maluco.
Ao mesmo tempo que abria em sequencia caixas de mensagens do Avast informando que estava analisando um arquivo, uma caixa de mensagem aparecia no meio da minha tela indicando que um tal de CRV.exe(não me lembro bem do nome do arquivo) parou de funcionar. A tela começou a encher de mensagens quando uma caixa do AVAST apareceu dizendo que meu PC estava contaminado e me orientando a clicar em um ícone para resolver tudo.
Cliquei e aí a coisa só piorou até que fui obrigado a fechar o meu WINDOW para evitar danos maiores.
Estou decepcionado com a qualidade de proteção do AVAST um programa que parecia o melhor de todos antigamente.

I bought an Avast license in 2014-29-01 but it seems that your site or even your program is false or have been under attack. I used my CREDIT CARD VISA INTERNATIONAL to pay for it.
Yesterday I was receiving analysing AVAST messages in many open windows and at the same time a window from windows was informing me that the crv.exe(i am not sure about the name) was not working.
Suddenly I received the message from AVAST: YOU ARE BEING ATTACHED, PLEAS CLICK HERE TO SOLVE EVERYTHING. That was my last action before turn off my PC to avoid worse problems. I thought that AVAST was a serius company but .....

Pode encaminhar, envie o e-mail toda a fonte corpo e anexo da mensagem para virus@avast.com e descreva o que ocorreu ,enquanto isso o removedor de malware dar as instruções para limpeza.

Hi there, Avast does not behave in that way at all.  Where did you purchase it from ?

 Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.
 
Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.
 

• Right click to run as administrator (XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File). When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
  
• Select  additions at the bottom
• Press Scan button.
  
  
• It will produce a log called FRST.txt in the same directory the tool is run from. 
  
• Please attach both logs generated.
