Remove Trojan Javascript

Hi there guys,
I desperatly need your help. Somehow my google chrome got infected with a trojan javascript that sometimes when I'm viewing a website opens a page saying that I've been caught viewing illlegal content, stealing secret data from the govement and so on. I can't close the page, and the only way to close the javascript is to force close chrome. So I downloaded and installled Avast, Malwarebytes and ADWCleaner using google chrome and Internet Explorer. I've done a scan, and cleaned out all the pups and browser infections. But the problem is that avast still shows for some reason a Trojan Javascript warning every time that I open the AvastUI and some other programs. Now I'm worried, have I downloaded an infected version of avast? I downloaded avast using google chrome. Would you please tell me how to remove this nasty bit of malware from my pc?
