My version is Avast Premier. The order confirmation for the technical support is from avast@digitalriver.com and shown at the bottom of the order confirmation are the words, "Best regards, AVAST Software Customer support - avast.com/support" I purchased it while on the telephone with Avast support at a hefty cost of $179.99 for the one-year service. I've used the service once, and I seem to recall seeing the word "Bomgar" as possibly being the remote service provider.
