Everything in forums "Missing or off limits"

I cant use the avast forums, everything is off limits to me. This happened before the hacking of the forums too. I can only see two topics on the home page too, . Any ideas why this is happening?

The same Problem Here as well, Been like this since i joined the forum.  every thread and section is offlimits, There are only a very limited places where i can actually enter, Like this post here.   
And i have to post regarding issues with my avast products and well can't do that either. since they got removed due to posted under non relevant  thread, well that's all what i can access any way. please look into this.
