when i open any website afake message from flash player virus appered and i can't access to the websites

Do you have Malwarebytes Antimalware Free Edition and Superantispyware Free Edition? If not download and install them both and update them both and run full system scan on both and after that if it's fixed then that's good. If not post the log files here and a malware expert and other authorized users will assist you. Users like me are not authorized to fix malware(s) issues.
