reinstallment not accepted
« on: September 13, 2014, 04:52:41 PM »
Hello,
My original installment was due to expire on Sept 12.
I reinstalled on Sept 10. I used Paypal to pay, and the payment is recorded on that site.
On Sept 12 I get a "subscription expired" notice.
This "popup" appears every time I I turn on my PC.
How can I get this straightened out?
thanks,
Frank

You will need to enter the new license as soon as you receive it, which can take 10 business days.

When paying with something like PayPal, I rather doubt it would take anything like 10 days, it should be sent fairly quickly.

If paying by bank transfer, etc. this can take longer for the funds to clear, before the license is sent.
