As Eddy mentioned, you can change your email address not your USER Name.
If you want a new Username, sign up with it but, you'll loose the recognition gained under your old
user name.

Changing your email doesn't change your username.
I already mentioned that your user name can not be changed. Eddy also told you that. :)

I'm not new here...just don't post regularly, i was  absent for quite some time and the new login system was a surprise for me,  a bad one...i spent around 1 hour trying to find what email my profile was registered to, to find in the end that they used my old already deleted gmail account.

To add (change) your default email, simply follow the directions and then make the new email address your default.
You keep your username and status you are simply changing the contact info.
Not a problem that I see can't easily be solved.

I did that before i started this thread, i just thought i was missing something about how i change my username. The problem with the username is that i might forget it's correct form as it's very old and deleted quite some time back.
Thanks anyway for taking time, also for providing beautifull illustrations :D

Your welcome. What's the matter with your username ? You've had it for close to 5 years. :)
