POP UPS

My computer keeps on showing this pop up every time.
Avast webshield has blocked a web page or a file
Object: http://www.system-maintainancepro.com/sm-version.php
Infection: URL:Mal
Process: C:\...|System Maintainance Updater.exe

Kindly help resolve this
