Hello My problem is this:
I have installed avast mobile security and have the premium license. The phone tells me that everything is activated and I have since communicated with the account avast every 60 minutes, because this does not happen is not communicating with the account to be updated have to do it manually with the opion to test settings the account. Also in paragraph tells me that my device shields are off and auto update virus definitions is disabled when this is not correct because in the homepage of the mobile tells me avast THE SHIELDS ARE ACTIVATED definition updates and also are activated in the terminal.
Please tell me someone prodria it may be because this and how to fix it?

The same problem as also been reported in several other threads. Unfortunately, Avast support does not care about that...
