Error after update: Failed to load language DLL [1033\UILangRes.dll]

After update the UI does not start. See error message in the subject.

Perform a clean installation of the latest avast version (2015.10.0.2208)

Do you mean we have to uninstall Avast and then to install the lastest version, even in French?

Same problem here, still after a clean istallation of the latest avast version (2015.10.0.2208) and bootings same error.
Win 7. Avast Pro.

1. Download Avast Pro Antivirus: http://files.avast.com/iavs9x/avast_pro_antivirus_setup.exe

3. Reinstall Avast with the downloaded installer from point 1.
4. Reboot.

Same problem, no internet connection anymore after updating Avast.
Could solve this problem only by system restore.

I have the same problem with Avast Free. I've installed version Avast 2015 but it didn't solve it. Can someone help me?
