Avast blocking steam game Garry's Mod HL2.exe

Avast Premier keeps removing HL2.exe from the Garry's mod installation in steam. I am sure this is a false positive an people using the free version with the latest update don't seem to have that problem anymore. I use Vast Premier but is still have this annoying issue. Of course i know i can exclude folders and files, but i don't want to. This should just work Please address this issue asap.

What is the file name it gives for the malware?

Disable your shields and try again.

It is called Win32:Evo-Gen [Sups] and disabling Avast solves the problem, and i can play again. But i am sure this is an false positive.
