Two Locations... do I need an additional license?

We are a K-12 building with two locations (one is administrative).

Do I need to request an additional license for the other location, or can I just install on that server using the same license?

It is my understanding that you can use the same license. Just make sure that you have enough seats for all the machines at both locations.
