If you checked windows update and received the message that there aren't any updates available,
Then you're up to date.

Asking others isn't any way to find out if there are updates available. You have no way of knowing when they last updated.
Do your own check and you'll know. :)

They've done away with that, whether temporarily or permanetly, due to the big push on windows 10 and its arrival on the 29th of July.

8 here for 7x64, including the MRT.  With the changes in MS's update schedule, last month I switched over to fully automatic, but backed up a notch this month and changed to auto-download with installation when I choose, so I can hide stuff I don't feel I really need (like the MRT).
Intel Atom D2700, 2 gig RAM, Win 7 x64 SP1 & IE-11, Firefox 51.0
(default). 320 gig HD, 15Mb DSL, Win firewall, Avast 12.3.2280 free, SpywareBlaster, MBAM Prem., Crypto-Prevent

Microsoft releases batch of non-security patches for Windows (June 2015)

http://www.ghacks.net/2015/06/17/microsoft-releases-batch-of-non-security-patches-for-windows-june-2015/

I'll install 3 optional updates on Windows 7 later and report back.

Edit:
Everything is fine. No problems with Avast.

I only had 9 for 8.1. Well Installed 9, I think there were two optionals I passed on and I rejected the malware removal tool.
