My phone got virus infected and stop working normally. I reset my phone. I went to my.avast.com portal to restore my data. After I chose "restore all" item and clicked Send, I logged in to avast app on my android phone. I always see the status saying that the portal hasn't received any response from my phone. And now my phone's status is ARCHIVED (Your device has been paired a second time. This entry is the OLD registration of the device, which only exists as a container to keep your old device data.). I signed out avast on my phone and tried to restore my data but there is no way to choose the phone to restore in "Select a device to restore your files to:" ( "Restore all" screen )
How can I do restore my data ?
