Anti-Theft on Android 5.0 (Photo bugs etc...)
« on: December 30, 2014, 09:58:07 PM »
Hi Devs & Community,

I bought the Premium Version from Avast Anti-Theft to have the ability to take a photo after wrong Code (Password Check).
Unfortunately, on my Nexus 5 @ Android 5.0.1 this feature isn't working at all!
It doesn't matter if there is a Code or a gesture protection - nothing works.

I also recognized a complete freeze of the Mobile Security / Anti-Theft in random times - the phone completely get's killed! (no reaction)
I'm using Anti-Theft 3.0.7118 and Mobile Security.

It's really bad that the "bad ass" feature to take photos after losing the phone isn't working correctly, after spending money for a whole year... :(

I have also rooted the device and not all features are working. If the phone is lost, the mobile data (3G) isn't turning on! (only WLAN)

Anyone has the same problems? Is Avast taking that seriously?

@Devs: If I can help you with log files etc., please feel free to contact me!

Thanks guys!

Is anyone interested in the issues with Android 5?
It's impossible to create a Support Ticket and get an answer from the Devs...
Really Guys, you call that customer service?!
