I arrived in USA and wanteds to change my chip card and that was impossible because now get all the time message"phone stolen" even when I install my old chip card. My PIN didn't worked, never the recovery pin was send to other number. When, from my.avast.com, I want to stop sirene I get message that cannot get connected to phone, neither can I unlock the phone.
How can I make my phone work again?
