Internet Explorer problem w Avast

Hi all.
Maybe it is a problem, or it could be from the configurations, but ater the instalation of avast home edition IE does not stat and all www addresses get blocked. ???

Operational system, firewall, avast version.
What happens if you disable WebShield?
