Samsung Galaxy Note II Issue
« on: January 22, 2015, 06:12:11 PM »
I have a Samsung Galaxy Note II with Avast downloaded. From the website I can set off the siren and GPS track the cell phone however when I attempt to call in to the phone the phone's screen goes black with only a few icons at the top lite up. The phone will not allow any changes to take place as the screen remains black and I voice can be heard asking for a password for receiving the call. Anyone have this issue before....help!

It is not a issue, that is how it is supposed to work.
Someone from avast already explained this in another thread.

I do not believe the issues are the same. I can track my phone and send a siren alert......but I can not call in as the phone wants a password however the screen is blacked out and locked. Any other suggestions?

Is your phone rooted?

And please check the manual to see if you have to enable something for it to work:
