Apparent rootkit scanner FP - C:Windows\System32\Spoolsv.exe

Vista 32 system, Avast rootkit scanner warning (see pic) appeared, system went belly-up, I chose 'ignore' option, rebooted, scanned file with Avast and 2 other on-demand scanners, all of them deemed it safe.
