Two devices after re-installed Avast software from main drive to 2nd drive

Hello,

I have been deinstalling Avast software from my main drive (C:\) and reinstalled it on my D drive. After I logged into my account, I saw that due to the second installation, a new device was added and the old one wasn't replaced or updated .
Is it possible to fuse these to devices?
