Tank Inspector being blocked

I play World of Tanks online and am trying to get a program called Tank Inspector from http://tankinspector.sinaapp.com (Avast shows this site to be safe) but Avast keeps giving a Threat Warning, so I turned Avast off to get the download (STI.1.3.7.62.2 .zip) this program get most of it's infomation from online so it's always up to date information, but when I run the program and try to register I get endless Threat Warnings and it is constantly blocked.

Tank Inspector is being used by loads of World of Tanks fans without any problem, I do not want to use another Anti-Virus Software as I like Avast, but I also want to use Tank Inspector.

Thx Pondus I have scanned with virustotal and have now submited a ticket with avast virus lab as a false positive.
