Any idea why I get this?

Im not sure what happened exactly but earlier today I got a message that I was banned though I have no idea why. The strange thing is it apparently only affects my chromium browser and not IE as this is where I am typing this currently.

The IP (207.x.x.x) you tried to login with is on the ban list.

Hope this isn't the same kind of glitch that had me banned a few month ago ???
It's extremely frustrating when this happens for something that you have no control over.   :'(

There are two IP's one 207##### and one 209##### static addresses that are banned under casts account and checking them now currently they both have many hits on SFS as of today.
